Order Processing & Delivery Times

Standard Size Orders:

  • Made-to-order jackets typically ship within 10 business days.

  • In rare cases, due to high demand or stock availability, processing may take up to 20 business days.

Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders:

  • Once your measurements are confirmed:

    • Made-to-measure jackets: ship in 5–7 weeks

    • Bespoke orders: ship in 12–15 weeks

Shipping Time (After Dispatch):

  • After your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via trusted express couriers like DHL, FedEx, or TNT.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions:
Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and any countries under OFAC sanctions.
If your country does not appear at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted express courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and TNT to ensure your order is delivered quickly and securely.
The courier is selected based on service availability and delivery speed in your region.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means:

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Combined Shipments

If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them into a single shipment to streamline delivery — unless you specifically request otherwise.

Undelivered Orders Disclaimer

If a delivery attempt fails and the courier is unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned or destroyed.
